Site Survey
Technically competent engineers can specify the correct equipment for the task and take away sufficient information to allow the quotation, design, manufacturing and installation processes to continue.
Our site surveys, including 3D-scanning, are available pre-quotation or post-order.

Technical Design & Drafting
Our design and drafting engineers are led by chartered mechanical engineers and work with SolidWorks 2D and 3D CAD and AutoCAD.
We will review the drawings with you before proceeding with the manufacture.

Manufacture
We will carry out the manufacturing and fabrication of your specialised lifting equipment to the highest specifications and standards.

Installation, Planning & Safety
Our installation team will work with you to ensure that the installation is properly planned and managed. Safety is the priority and we will ensure that coordination, documentation and deadlines are attended to.

Documentation, Compliance & Training
Following installation and commissioning you will receive a documentation pack including, as required, a UKCA Declaration of Conformity, LOLER Reports, O&M manuals and any other agreed quality records. We offer training in the use of all equipment we manufacture, supply or install.
