The Work at Height Regulations 2005, Personal Protective Equipment at Work Regulations 1992 and BS EN 365:2004 (Personal protective equipment against falls from height) all place duties on operators of height safety equipment, including harnesses, lanyards, vertical and horizontal fall-arrest systems, fall-arrest blocks, anchorages and man-riding davits and winches.
